1. Information We Collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile photo via Firebase Authentication. We also store your answer to the age confirmation shown after sign-in.
• Content you create. Text prompts, uploaded images, the artworks and videos you generate, the characters you create, and your chat messages with characters, along with settings like style and quality.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. We keep records of your purchases and credit balance.
• Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type) and usage counts (such as daily message counts) used for security, fair-use limits, and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to operate the Service: generating your creations, producing character replies, managing credits and subscriptions, enforcing chat limits, keeping the Service safe, and responding to support requests. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

3. A.I. Data Processing

furry.ai is built on third-party A.I. providers. To produce your output, we send the relevant content to them: prompts and uploaded images go to image and video generation providers (such as OpenAI and Replicate), and your chat messages, together with the character's description and recent conversation history, go to language-model providers (such as OpenRouter and the models it routes to) to generate the character's reply. Prompts, uploads, characters, and messages may also be sent to automated safety classifiers. These providers process the data to deliver the Service under their own terms; we do not permit them to use your content to advertise to you. Characters are A.I.; their replies are generated, not written by people, and should not be relied on as fact or advice.

4. Uploaded Photos

Photos you upload to the art studio are used only to create your artwork or video. They are never shown in the public gallery, and they are not retained after generation completes. Character portraits you upload are stored as part of that character for as long as it exists.

5. Public Content

Artworks you make public appear in the community gallery together with your username, and characters you create appear in the character directory with your username. You can make creations private (a paid perk) or delete them at any time from the studio. Your conversations with characters are private to your account.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data, creations, characters, and conversations while your account is active. Deleting a creation removes it from the Service. To delete your account and associated data, email us at the address below.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

We use only the cookies and local storage needed for sign-in and core functionality, such as remembering that you have confirmed your age or read the chat notice. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

8. Age

The Service is for adults 18 and over. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; changes appear on this page with an updated date.
