Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using furry.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by furry.ai ("we", "us").

2. The Service

furry.ai lets you generate images and videos with artificial intelligence from text prompts and images you upload; edit, upscale, and animate those creations; and create and chat with fictional A.I. characters. AI output is probabilistic: we do not guarantee any particular result, quality, or suitability for a given purpose, and generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. Characters are A.I., not real people, and everything they say is fiction, not fact or advice.

3. Accounts and Age

The Service is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service, and you confirm your age when you sign in. Creating art, characters, or chatting requires signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe belong to someone under 18.

4. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

Creations consume credits. Pro subscription credits are granted each billing cycle, do not roll over, and are set to the plan's allowance at each renewal; they expire when the subscription ends. One-time credit packs do not expire. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions renew automatically until canceled via the billing portal. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable, including credits spent on generations you are unsatisfied with. Blocked requests (see Section 8) are not charged.

5. Chat Limits and Fair Use

Character chat is subject to daily fair-use limits that reset each day. Free accounts have a lower daily limit; Pro raises it. Limits exist to keep the Service available for everyone, and we may adjust them, apply short-term rate limits, or review accounts with unusually heavy automated-looking usage.

6. Your Content and Inputs

You may provide text prompts, chat messages, character details, and upload images ("Inputs"). You retain ownership of your Inputs and represent that you have all rights needed to provide them, including, for photos of people, any consent required. Photos you upload as inputs to the art studio are processed transiently to create your artwork or video and are not retained by us. Character portraits you upload are stored as part of the character.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

For any images and videos you generate using our services, you retain full ownership to the maximum extent permitted by law. However, there are a few caveats:

• Your ownership rights are limited by the terms of this Agreement.
• The rights of any third parties may also affect your ownership.

AI outputs may occasionally be similar to other users' outputs; we cannot guarantee uniqueness. For a more comprehensive understanding of intellectual property laws in your specific location, we recommend seeking advice from a qualified attorney.

8. License Grant to furry.ai

By using the Service, you grant to furry.ai, its successors, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and/or distribute any content you submit, create, or make available through the Service, including without limitation the text and image prompts you input into the Service; images, videos, characters, and any other output produced by the Service at your direction; and your profile information, including your username, display name, profile picture, bio, and any links you add, regardless of whether a creation's visibility is public or private. This section does not give us any right to retain, publish, or distribute the photos you upload as art-studio inputs beyond what is described in Your Content and Inputs above; those uploads are processed transiently and are not retained by us. For clarity, changing a creation's visibility from public to private does not revoke or limit the license granted under this section with respect to that creation or any content associated with it. The license granted to furry.ai remains in effect even after termination of this Agreement by any party, for any reason.

9. Acceptable Use and Moderation

You may not use the Service to create content that is pornographic or sexually explicit, that involves or sexualizes minors, that depicts real people, that promotes hatred, harassment, self-harm, or real-world violence, or that infringes others' rights; or to attempt to circumvent safety systems. The full list is in our Community Guidelines. Prompts, uploads, characters, and messages may be screened, and requests may be blocked before generation (blocked requests cost no credits). We may remove content and restrict accounts that violate this section.

10. Community Content

The gallery and character directory contain user-generated content. We do not endorse it and are not responsible for it. If you believe content infringes your rights or violates our guidelines, contact us at the address below and we will look into it.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
